Description

  1. This healthier version of Banana bread is a sure crowd pleaser, made with oat/wheat flour and yummy bananas

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 3 to 4 bananas
  2. 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
  3. 1 cup of oat flour
  4. 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  5. 1/3 cup of melted unsalted butter
  6. 1 cup of milk
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 1 tbs flax seed
  9. 1 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 tsp baking powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  12. 3 drops of Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mash your bananas in a bowl
  2. Break 2 eggs into same bowl, and pour in your brown sugar
  3. Also add your melted butter to the party
  4. Pour in your milk and some vanilla extract
  5. In another bowl, add your whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix together
  6. Introduce your mashed banana mix to the flour and combine all your ingredients.
  7. Prep your baking pan with some butter and flour before pouring in the mix to avoid your bread sticking to the pan.
  8. Spread your chia seed over the batter
  9. Bake in an oven for 45 mins
  10. Your oat meal Banana bread is ready fam

Use a clean fork, to check that the inside of the banana bread is well cooked
